Having Trouble Canceling Your Order?

If you're unable to cancel your order, it will be delivered as scheduled. If you receive any unwanted items, you have the option to Return them within 7 days of purchase.

Please note, we are unable to offer free returns unless the fabric was received faulty. Any return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.

Can I cancel my order before it’s delivered?
Yes, you can cancel an online order, but please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. However, please note that fabrics that are personalised or made to order cannot be cancelled.
Can i cancel my gift cards?
Unfortunatley gift cards are non refundable
