Why did I not receive a confirmation of my order?

After your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email, which may take up to 24 hours to arrive.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account to view your order confirmation directly by clicking here.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately. Once your item has been packed and dispatched, changing the address may become more challenging as it depends on the courier’s policies. To update your address, please contact us immidiately via the chat widget located on the bottom of the page as soon as possible.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We typically dispatch your order within one working day. To keep costs as low as possible, we use economy shipping, which usually takes 8–14 business days for delivery. If you have placed an order you can track it here

Can I split my order in to two delivery addresses?

If you would like to send your items to two seperate addresses you would need to place seperate orders for each of the addresses. A delivery charge may be applicable depending on the order amount.
